This hotel is really nice! My room was spacious with a modern design. It would have been perfecto if the room had a kettle. And come on, 1 iron and ironing board for the entire hotel? And cannot be located? But still, i would not hesitate to stay here again. The hotel is right next to the awesome aqueduct monument and the huge cathedral at the plaza mayor is a short walk away and also within walking distance, the Alcazar castle which inspired the disney castle. Another must visit place is Royal...

Front desk staff was very helpful with booking taxis for my family & I since we had a 4yo and infant. Also love how fuss free the airport shuttle was. Our rooms were very spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable too. Overall a wonderful stay especially if you have an early flight out of Madrid.

Nice location. The metro station is exactly next to the hotel building. McDonald's and Burger King nearby. The Palace is in walkable distance. Room is spacious. Easy to manipulate two 28" luggages at the same time. Adequate amount of food for breakfast. Good service.

Hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, far from city. Room is decent, complimentary drinks and snacks are a plus factor.

Such an amazing find of a hotel. Located just behind Gran Via. The room was very clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was amazing. Staff was helpful and polite, and was always smiling. I would stay again in a heartbeat though the room was not v large. This was even an upgraded room due to hotels.com membership!
