"The hotel service was very nice. I loved the coffee pods supplied by the hotel. The workers were very friendly to my whole family, The kids are still talking about them (in a good way). Carlos was very helpful with tourism and food recommendations. Carlos and Ali brought a nice atmosphere to the place. Would recommend!"

"It’s not a hotel, it’s basically a hostal just happens to have a private restroom but everything is controled by a sensor, so whenever the sensor fails, you’re screwed. Ac shuts off when you leave the room, also if you aren’t moving, so the heat will consume you. It’s decent for a quick visit in town, but really small, and too expensive for what it is. You’ll b better with a hotel"

"this is a basic dormitory room with shared toilet, showers and kitchen, although not stated. It is more like a very expensive backpackers hostel and unreposnive staff/website with invalid numbers that even the booking company could not contact. It took two hours to get inside after the taxi ride. It was unsafe for vulnerable people."

"We had special dinner plans in this area, NH is located in a quiet area of Madrid outside of tourist traffic. Local restaurants, shops, bars all with in walking distance in the neighborhood without a mad crush of tourists. We were able to taxi or metro to other areas with ease. The room was clean, spacious and air conditioning excellent. The staff is absolutely wonderful, helpful and efficient."
