Staff were very helpful. Be aware that to avoid cleaning charges you need to clean the apartment yourself and also take out garbage. The apartment was clean but not spotless when we arrived and the bathroom shower gel and shampoo containers had not been refilled. Would be nice if they had operating ...

The location is great, next to Callao metro station, you can walk anywhere from there and have many restaurants and shops close by. The staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are small but clean and functional. Would stay here again.
