"The venue is amazing and located in a beautiful area. The reception area and lobby are really nice areas and the bar and restaurant are lovely too. The food in the restaurant was fantastic a d the staff were brilliant everywhere. The spa facilities, pool, sauna, steam room and indoor and outdoor jacuzzis were fantastic. The room was incredible and really cool and refreshing on the hottest day of the year, it was awesome. I would go as far to say that this is the best hotel I have used in the North West of England. An absolutely amazing establishment and I will be making this my regular stop over when visiting the North West."

"Friendly staff, spa is ok but free which is the main thing. Parking was £12 a night which is annoying. But only if you book through a third party. Booking direct parking is free."

"Excellent Stay for the price. Nice room and grounds are lovely too. Was quiet couldnt hear anyone else areound us . Pool, jaccuzi, sauna and steam room all well kept and clean. Free filtered cold water around the hotel which is nice as I prefer filtered when I stay away from home. Staff were friendly and for the price just cant fault it."

"Chester is a fantastic city to visit especially with the children. Lots to see and do. We dod a family trail and learnt do much. The hotel was a great base, just across the road is a park and ride bus service that took you straight to the centre snd easy to pick up back to the hotel. Great to have the pool and restaurant service too the breakfast certainly filled us up for our days out. "
