"It is right across the LIS airport. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the terminals. The location is excellent. The facility is up to international standards. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t mind staying longer in this hotel to explore all the facilities. The only thing I noticed during my one-night stay was the floor flooding from a shower, which is a drawback from a five-star rating. "

I am a genuine foodie, coming from the restaurant business and this was unlike any hotel experience I’ve ever had. The view from the infinity pool and bar was incredible. Close to airport , train station, and 10 min uber ride to Lisbon central. "Some hints for the future. Put the desk where there is an outlet. Lamp does no good if you can't plug it in, plus most people plug in their laptops. Have instructions on how to control things like heat. No place to put toiletries since the sink has no counter and it also has a flat bottom so it doesn't drain well. Soap Pump bottle not pumping in shower. The TV is useless if it doesn't get any stations it did not work at all. "

When we asked for additional complementary water at the front desk, we were told no, they used the words, this is not a hotel, but accommodations ?? Our room was large and mostly clean except for the carpet near the bed, which was stained and appeared to need cleaning. Overall it was below average as a hotel and Okay as “accommodations”. ?????"
