Horrible experience :-(

Our flight was cancelled and we had to travel to Belem with a complicated itinerary, arriving the day after our booked stay. We sent a message to the hotel about our late arrival, we tried calling the hotel, but unfortunately no one answered the phone and later we found out that the staff only spoke Portuguese. After our arrival, staff refused to accommodate us even though they had rooms available, they were unfriendly and unpleasant. Never again.

Pelo valor da hospedagem espera mais do hotel. O cafe da manha é desorganizado e não oferece serviço de jantar para uma hospedagem de uma semana fica cansativo pois não há variações no cardápio. Elevadores velhos e acustica entre os quartos ruim. A localização é a unica vantagem do hotel.

O hotel precisa de algumas reformas no quarto. Não há ducha higiênica no banheiro, o ar condicionado da unidade 102 estava com o filtro cheio de poeira e precisando de uma limpeza. Não há iluminação no teto do quarto, aonde não parece laterais. O frigobar e a tv estão novos. O café da manhã precisa de um cardápio rotativo, pois todos os dias sobre serve praticamente a mesma refeição. A entrada do hotel também precisa de reparos, pra quando chega l você escorre água pelos degraus da escada e pela e rampa de acesso. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e educados.

Ao chegar no quarto o ar condicionado nao funcionava. Somente foi liberado um outro quarto apos o tecnico confirmar que o ar nao funcionava. No segundo quarto tive que trocar de cartao para abrir a porta diversas vezes ate o tecnico verificar que o problema era bateria fraca. O ar estava escorrendo agua, pouca, pela parede e tive que enxugar o piso. A tv era diminuta e alguns canais nao funcionavam direito. O banheiro com agua fraca tanto no shower como na pia. O espelho com ferrugem. A porta do banheiro nao fechava completamente. O local da saboneteira quase nao permitia ficar totalmente embaixo do chuveiro tendo que ficar meio de lado para poder tomar banho.

Bom custo-benefício

O hotel é confortável e tem um ótimo custo-benefício. O atendimento é bom, a limpeza e conservação poderia ser melhor, mas parece que estão em procedimentos de reformas e reparos. O café da manhã é bem servido.
