This hotel is so old. I smelled the typical moldy smell each time I walked the hallways. The door had the old fashion lock. Instead of card to open, we had to carry a regular key with long wooden stick in the picket. The light by the bed was really dark. No coffee, no water, no microwave. It had a small refrigerator. Shower was nice but no light inside. So it was dark Good things …. The room was spacious and 3 elevators were running fast. Very limited staff but they were very nice. If you are on tight budget it’s good place.

I recommend the hotel be upgraded. It is looking abit shabby. Especially the reception area. And the contact number is showing Cafe 196, which does not exist.

The hotel is ok, not great, not bad. Its and economy choice. Our stay was ruined by other guests, not the hotel. We needed one night close to a function. It ticked those boxes. No pay tv sport anymore, just free to air.

disappointing hotel
The receptionist was not very friendly and helpful I wanted to borrow plates and cutlery, but they didn't have anything the washing machine cost $4 each for washing and drying, that was too much in old and not clean conditions. moreover, the carpark was not available during our stay. so, we had to use the carpark nearby and cost a lot.

Very cheap and cheerful. Reception area looked pretty run down. All rather tired in appearance. Lots of noise in the night - loud voices and banging doors.
