I really enjoyed staying at Marquise. At the time of arrival, the staff were amazing, especially Zorana. She offered me water when i checked in, great help and even shared some fun facts about the city. Did you guys know the hotel used to be a bath house? Its fun to learn the misteries of Belgrade!

Very close to Business and is in Center of Belgrade. Great value for budget travelers. Quiet and comfortable and included nice breakfast. Would definitely return.

The staff really makes this hotel shine. The ladies working the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful, and the cleaning personnel did a terrific job with the room each day.

Didn't believe me about Wifi problems
I planned to spend most of my time in bed mindlessly browsing the internet while my body recovered from minor surgery. I have over 20 years experience working with and debugging computer networks. Initially I thought the internet connection was having serious intermittent issues. However it worked fine down at breakfast, two other devices had the issue, and using data roaming was fine, so it was obviously more localised. I pinpointed it to the Access Point outside the room. I reported this to reception, and provided the BSSID of the dodgy AP. The reception staff jiggled some random cables in the network closet (they did the same for my friend - it impressed neither of us) and told me they'd call their vendor. 3 days into the trip, I complained again as despite their claim their vendor had been in it was still broken, and said I could use the lobby. I ended up doing so that night for a few hours (insmonia), lying on the couch - their night staff was resting on the other couch. Later that day I did the same, and the reception staff were not happy at all at me lying there - at this point they had what sounded like a "get over here now" phone call and soon two workmen appeared. The issue did get a bit better, but was not fixed. At that point I had only one more night so didn't see the point in complaining further given the hotel staff's actions so far. Only for the gaslighting about the internet, it would have been perfect for my needs. I don't think they ever believed me.

Better than expected :)
It was my work week stay In Belgrade at Marquise hotel. Room place was very cozy, clean with adequate space. Fresh breakfast with various options can give you good start to your day. My room was on highest floor of the building and sometimes I had little struggling with hotel wifi's connection but overall is hard to find anything bad about this hotel. Also location is very ideal, close to center and near by the hotel there are a lot of descent restaurants. Hotel's stuff is also very friendly and helpful, they arranged for me airport transfer.

more like an Inn
After reading the good reviews and see the nice pictures, we book the hotel for a business trip. It is definitely not a 4 stars hotel. More like an Inn. The lobby is very very small and not as in the pictures The superior room is very basic. My boss didn't agree to stay there! So we had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night and to pay for 2 nights for the room we even didn’t check in. If you look for a 4 stars (or even 3) just avoid it !

The A/C control in our room didn't work. The hotel had it's heating on and our room temperature was measured at 27c. It was impossible to sleep. We had room 301 and they said that room does get hot. The only window opened to a brick wall about a few feet away so no air could come in. It had a couple of loft hatches but because it was raining it meant opening these was a no. The Staff did offer us a new room the next day we had to come back to the hotel during the day to switch rooms but as we only had one full day in Belgrade we didn't find time to do this. The breakfast was nice and the staff did all they can.

Hotel review
The staff in the hotel were very friendly & very helpful always greeting us with a smile & offering to help in any way. The location of the hotel is pretty central in Belgrade a 5 minute walk from the square for the airport bus & with most places also a short walk. Rooms were nice & were spotless along with the hotel, although included I didn't have breakfast here so cannot comment. Definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is clean and modern with new facilities. The quality of service is good with friendly staff. There is adequate amenities and location is quite central close to all tourist attraction. Breakfast is included and is good. There is a lift in the building.

Her şeyden önce otelin konumu harika. Bütün turistik yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Otel genel anlamda gayet temiz. Personeller güleryüzlü ve taleplerinize hızlıca çözüm buluyorlar. Araç ile gidecekseniz otopark çok dar ve 6 araçlık sadece. Günlük 15€ otelin olduğu sokak ara sokak dar bir yer ve inşaat çalışması var. Odalar temiz sadece bazı odalar karanlık olabiliyor. Temizlik konusunda da gayet iyi bir hizmet var. Gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz

Très bonne option 'budget wise' & clean
L'hôtel est bien situé, à côté de la place et l'église Saint Marc. Tout est a proximité, y compris le musée Tesla et le centre ville. Les chambres sont propres, néanmoins une tv ne fonctionnait pas. En termes générales, très satisfaits.

Nice hotel fairly close to central bus station and city center. Room pretty run down, especially bathroom. Breakfast, service, friendliness average. Overall ok, but definitely not a 4-star hotel.
