What a treat! Gaia was a warm friendly welcoming hostess with the mostest. A beautiful walk into town, that does not take long. Gives you time to soak it all in, just a stunning area. A delicious breakfast, including home made Banana bread, yum! Tidy rooms with all you would need, a great shower too! Thank you for having us, fingers crossed we will be back again in the future!

Great place to stay! The room was very clean and it was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The guesthouse is beautiful and modern - it was either new or recently renovated. It is conveniently located to Bellagio Centre with lots of dining and shopping. It’s about a 15/20 min walk mostly downhill (and uphill going back) and offers free parking, which is perfect. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and it also comes with free and good breakfast. Then there is also the incredible yard with a wonderful view and we loved everything about staying here. Definitely recommend and we hope to be back someday.

Lovely, convenient, completely updated & welcoming bed & breakfast. Super clean & affordable. Loved the beautiful quaint walkway to the heart of Bellagio; no cars or parking near the town. They even left us a breakfast to go the morning we had to leave early for our flight. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay. Loved the balcony in the room and the large garden with the wonderful view of the lake. A bit of a climb to get back to the guest house from the village, but worth it.

What a view!
This place is very special - super rooms, great host and best of all the breakfast terrace with a view to both the Lecco and Como legs of the lake. Of course to get the view the place is a little out of town and up a hill. We were a 50/60 year old couple and completed the walk up from the boat in around 25 mins with big rucksacks on.

I Will Never Look for another Place in Bellagio
This is a wonderful hidden gem! If you want crowds; this is not your place. If you want a quiet, clean family atmosphere this is the place. Great rooms with modern and well stocked bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and a kettle and supplies to make coffee or tea at any time. Wonderful view from garden where we had a wonderful breakfast. Cannot give enough stars to most helpful Kaia and others working there.

Gonna stay at the same place next time
Great place to stay in Bellagio. Gaia provides wonderful hospitality with care. The room is clean and comfy, the view is amazing, nothing negative I could think of! The location is a bit far from the ferry station but manageable. Fairly reasonable given that Bellagio is touristic and popular.

hello, the city center ( ferry terminal too ) is 900 m away from us.It is very hard to get a taxi but it is not our fault, anyway I come personally to pick you up. best regards

The hotel was renovated in the past few years and it is cosy and contemporary in its decor. A cold breakfast with several choices was offered.walking to the the main town through the stone alleys was special. You need good shoes to walk around and this is definitely not the place to have a suitcase with wheels as the alleys are made out of round stones. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. I would definitely return here.

The place was a little gem with an incredible view in the back overlooking Lake Como in all I ts glory. Gaia was an amazing host and helped us get a taxi to the pier and also was so kind to attend to my forgotten item. I wished we had more time there and I will definitely be back to enjoy some quiet peaceful time in bellagio again! Just remember that the way to the guest house is a bit tricky so traveling by car is highly recommended to fully enjoy the travels around this area.

Worth every dime of staying in Lake in Como
This family run hotel, atop the mountain, has lovely views of Lake Como from the private garden. What makes it special is how Gaia, the owner, take the effort to ensure that your stay is a great one. It is affordable, comfortable, clean - perfect for travellers. We stayed for 2 nights, and had great sleep. Breakfast was lovely - coffee prepared fresh upon sitting down, with a nice array of food.

The room was basic, but the court yard at Andrivieni Bellagio Guest House had amazing views. The view of the sun set was amazing. We really enjoyed our breakfast in the court yard with a majestic view of Lake Como. It was awesome sitting in the peaceful courtyard gazing at the stars as well. Getting to the hotel was a rough uphill walk, especially if you have luggage. The Inn Keeper was very nice.

The guest house room was comfortable and clean and seemed recently renovated. The main reason why I would not recommend this property is that it is hard to reach: while the distance to the center or ferry terminal is < 2km, it is all stairs and hills (more than 200 stairs alone)...and there are NO restaurants or cafes near the property. Worse, it is practically impossible to get taxis or ubers to get rides between the town and the property. For both arriving and leaving the property we had to make countless calls to different taxi service before we found one that was willing to give us an (overpriced) ride; before we got to the property we did not know about the stairs but once we got there it was obvious that there is NO way we would have made it (without risking serious injury) with our suitcases if it wasn't for the taxi. While the front desk staff is really nice, they were of no help in getting taxis...simply admitting defeat in their attempts to secure a taxi. On the plus side the terrace is lovely and I spent many hours sitting there reading a book because I was too lazy to actually brave the stairs to actually go down to Bellagio center :-)

Dear Amer, thank you for your feedback! Reading you it seems we are at the top of the mountain with nothing around but this is not reality. We are located 900 m from the city center, walking distance 10/15 min, yes the way to come from the center is up the hill. Nearby you find 2 pizzeria and one pool bar /restaurant ( 300 m away ), anyway here we offer some drinks. Uber doesn't exist in Italy and taxis are difficoult to find, especially for last minute booking and for short distances. I am very sorry you just notice the lack of taxis and not the beauty of this area, visiting Bellagio and lake como in general means accept to walk a lot around up and down stairs. All the best

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The owner and receptionist were so sweet and accommodating. The views from the garden were amazing. I would recommend staying here. One thing to mention is the lack of taxi drivers and it being a little difficulty to get to the property when you have a lot of luggages. If they offer arrangement for transportation from the ferry to the property take the offer because taxis are hard to come by in the morning.

A friendly welcome, clean fresh room with nice patio area and a view of the lake. All facilities were as expected, the breakfast area was lovely and the variety of food was a nice surprise. The only negative comment concerns the walking distance to the lake (actually more precisely the amount of steps upwards to walk back!) This proved a challenge especially after a good meal...... Accessibility aside, my wife and I would both highly recommend the hotel and it’s staff. We were well looked after and would return.
