We got there early well before check in but was thankful for the staff member at front desk who helped us find an available room. Only complaint really is the AC barely worked and fresh towels weren’t stocked after each day when maids came in to make beds.

Its a lovely hotel, fantastic breakfast avaliable, staff lovely and all areas very clean. Close to Shepherd's Bush underground which was great and parking at the hotel. Our room while very clean, was a lot smaller than we'd expected and the bathroom was very small and it felt a little tired.

This hotel is centrally located and easy to get access to undergrounds and buses. Across the street you can get the tour buses like Big Bus and Hop on Hop off and others. This hotel staff is amazing and super nice, they do care about customers and I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The hotel is older but the staff and the team makes up for all of their kindness. The breakfast buffet is also great and they have many varieties of food.
