A lot of things in the room needed updating. The area where the hotel is located does not look safe to walk in. The restaurant inside the hotel has good service and our dinner turned out well.

Hotel was clean and straightforward. In a great location close to the central tube line. But the room we were in was pretty run down and very small for 2 people and the price we paid. Would only stay here 1-2 nights if you don’t plan on being in your room much.

we went on a Trafalgar tour so I understand we would not get the best hotel room they had but this was awful. the room was so small we could only open one suitcase and it had to lay on the desk. Approximately 12 inches was all the room around the bed. The carpeting was torn, bathroom door frame beat up. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. It would appear that the building could use a major face lift.

A friend and I stayed here on the weekend we arrived for check in at 3pm but our room wasn’t ready. Staff were more than accommodating and we were given complimentary drink vouchers until the room was ready- this was done quickly. It was a very busy weekend (probably due to the football) so we didn’t mind the wait. The room was tidy and spacious- double bed. Very quiet and the blackout curtains were perfect. All staff were very friendly and greeted us in passing. I will be staying here again as it is close to a huge shopping complex and transport.

I had an excellent stay. The location is perfect, close to Sheppards Bush tube station. The neighborhood has a few main attractions (Hyde park, Kensington gardens and palace, Holland park, Design museum) and and a superb selection of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection and the staff was welcoming and very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful option this hotel is.

Kellie at reception was very friendly and efficient. The room 4042 was a bit on the small side, and we did consider asking for a bigger room. However as we were there for only 4 days and we didn’t want move our belongings we decided to stay put. We found the bathroom really small . The shower had no property screen only about 15 inches wide. Consequently water went onto the floor. It soaked all round the toilet. It was swimming with water, so had to use the towels to mop it up. Shouldn’t have to do that. There was no provision for any other screen so just a poor design. Just as well water out shower head was low. Breakfast was excellent as were the staff. Ordered a cocktail from the bar but it was very weak Bit like dishwater. I did mention it to female bar staff who offered to make another one but I declined. Other than these things it was good. It was the room and shower that were disappointing
