"Excellent location and friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Some noises at night however, so difficult to sleep and the hot breakfast options at breakfast were not great. "

"Was very concerned when we pulled up to see a homeless shelter adjacent to the property and numerous homeless outside beside the hotel. I told the Front desk that I would only be parking in the underground gated parking based on safety concerns. Unfortunately based on the immediate surroundings I would not be booking again at this location."

"Downtown is so disgusting anymore with all the druggies and garbage etc.... we just stayed in the hotel. I had dinner there and your bartender Rebecca was amazing, so easy to talk to, great with all the customers. You don't want to lose her, she is very good at her job. Only thing I didn't like was when you drive for a long time, you should have washrooms on the main floor close to check ins.....almost peed myself trying to find a washroom, I ended having a guest go in the mens washroom before I proceeded to use it because all the other womens were locked. Only downfall."

"The maintenance guys were excellent! Curtis and Thomas assisted with myself with the change of my vehicle’s Battery. My Battery totally reached its lifeline, went over the CT to buy a new one and I realized I didn’t have the proper tools. They brought out their tools and changed my battery in their parking lot with NO hesitation. Thanks guys again you were totally awesome!"
