The gentlemen at the desk are wonderful. The room had a bunch of trash under the beds, and the wall was filthy in the bathroom where the trash can was. The heater controls didn't work.

Neighbors screaming all night in a violent fight next door. Police came and arrested one of them. This hotel attracts the wrong kind of crowd - don’t stay there unless you are looking for trouble.

Disappointing!!! I had to change rooms. The toilet was absolutely disgusting, it didn’t look like it was cleaned in an very long time and the cleaning of the room wasn’t much better, coffee stains were on the wall in the bathroom, counters were dirty. The next room wasn’t much better other than the toilet was much better. Walls must be super thin as during moving into the other room, the neighbor came out complaining of the noise, he said to stop banging on the walls, which of course I didn’t. The sheets and the bed were great! It was also disappointing that the whirlpool was out of service. Last Expedia hotel we booked a week earlier had the gym was out of service. Filters on amenities should show up when not currently available. This facility needs EV charging as most other similar and greater star hotels have it. It’s a filter that we would check off if Expedia had it.

The first room was absolutely filthy. The bed was made but there was piles of dirt on the carpet and the toilet had urine on the seat and the inside of the bowl looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I would have left and gone to a different hotel but it was late and I was exhausted. The second room was slightly less disgusting but needs a deep clean.

So our door didn’t really close or open very reliably, and the lobby occasionally had crazies in it. But you know what? The staff was great. They had free breakfast and plenty of channels, the beds were clean and comfy and it was cheap. Is it a destination hotel or a place to honeymoon at? Well, HELL no. BUT if you need a cheap hotel and want accessibility to restaurants and shopping (or various Medical’s facilities as we did), it’s really pretty great. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Unsafe area with sketchy people hanging around outside, staff were alright but the rooms stunk so bad, the bedding was stained and dirty. The chairs were stained and filthy. Room was disgusting and pillows had brown stains all over them. The light randomly turned itself on in the middle of the night too. Can hear people in the rooms beside you as the walls are paper thin. Went across the parking lot to the bar and the waitress told us this place is infested with bed bugs and gave us plastic bags to put our stuff in. Will never stay here again and will never recommend this place to anyone. Beware! Oh and people live in this hotel with their pets and it’s a very strange dynamic. Very gross.

Just like home
Very accommodating as I was staying here to visit a good friend in the hospital, it was a very sad situation. I also came down with a big and needed the room the second night and they were wonderful. Very private feel to the room and very comfortable.

I had an issue with the room next-door and asked him more than one occasion to try and get a new room, but they just wanted to brush me aside.

You get what you pay for
The hotel room smelled of cigarettes and strongly of urine for the duration of the stay. The only thing the front desk was able to do was provide a can of glade air freshener. Also, the key card never worked and I always had to stop by the front desk to get the card re-magnetized, even though I kept it in a separate pocket away from any other magnets. This is certainly a budget hotel and you get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for
Our expectations were not high after reading the reviews so I'm not mad or even disappointed. The room was clean-ish and mildly acceptable if you don't count the random pistachio nut and mexican coin on the floor, dingy refrigerator, non working outlet near window limiting our lighting because the lamp in the corner couldn't be plugged in and broken tv screen (room #224) We had our dog and I had asked of we could have a room close to an exit which they did, they failed to mention that said exit is for emergencies only (alarm will sound) so it was pointless. We were also in an area where they put us and at least 2 other traveler's wirh dogs because of course all dogs always get along with all other dogs right? So other dogs barking at all hours of the night is totally fine. Breakfast was sad and despite all the notices about check out being at 11 they thought calling us at 10 to remind us of check out at 11 would be helpful - it was not unless helpful = annoying.

The sheets had dog hair and grit on them. The bathroom was not clean, in particular the toilet. We asked to switch rooms. The sheets were clean in the other room, the bathroom was not, no toilet paper and the floors noticeably had not been vacuumed. I had left something by accident in the first room - when I asked the desk about it, they had already put someone else in there within a few minutes and I know that they did not change the sheets or clean before they let someone else stay there. The staff was pleasant enough, but some standards need to be put in place.
