"Clean"

"Nice place. Have stayed in many many hotels in the area and this is one our favorites. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast would be better if it had waffles, but its good and starts early! Its a huge hotel and parking gets a little hard to find but usually always had something way in the back. Staff is helpful and nice, and front desk is open all night. Will stay again."

"Convenient location, easy access to transportation and parking. However there are many homeless and drug addicts but this is everywhere in downtown San Francisco. It is still safe to walk around though. "
