"Room was nice, The bed was comfortable, It was a little loud but that was not the hotels fault as we were close to a busy street. Walking distance to the wharf and close to the cable cars so easy to get around. Staff charged up my car while it was in the garage at no additional cost. "

"Very cute property. All staff interaction was pleasant. Hotel and hotel room were clean. Pretty basic but that's what I paid for and was expecting. Rooms do not have AC which, I understand but it could be useful at times. Cafes/restaurants nearby. Bus stops nearby. Overall, it was a good stay and I'd stay here again. "

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—always greeting us with a smile and even offering discounts to local businesses. Our grandson especially loved the nightly milk and Oreo cookies in the lobby, which added such a sweet touch to our stay. The location is perfect—close to everything, yet surprisingly quiet and comfortable. Our view was spectacular. The pool was a big hit for all of us, and the hotel’s relaxed vibe made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. We’ll definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends!"
