"There was a bit of mold/mildew at the top of the ceiling in the shower that was off-putting. The garbage wasn’t big enough (granted, I did skip room cleaning in my two-night stay). Also it would’ve been more convenient if there was a bottle of clearly marked anti-microbial hand soap next to the sink. There was only one bottle called “soap”, so I kept having to swap the bottle between the shower and the sink, and I still don’t really know if it was anti-microbial which is wild lol. Perhaps swapping the hand + body soap for anti-microbial hand soap would be useful. I liked the lobby’s decorations but it was a little confusing to understand where to go to check in. It’s good the building has security and controlled access to the floors with rooms on them because the area can be a little rough at times. The room was really cozy though and the view facing John’s Steakhouse was cool"

"The hotel is very nice, centrally located, and within walking distance of many restaurants and public areas. Their sushi bar was amazing. "

"We got in at 1:00 am in the morning and Stephanie was working the front desk. She was a gem. Got us set up for the evening and even upgraded our room to a balcony when she discovered that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. She was friendly each evening. We were around much during the day because we were out and about, but Stephanie made us feel so welcome. The only complaint I have? The water pressure. It took forever to get conditioner out of my hair! Lol"

"Home away from home. Love the room, very clean, pillows great and the bed comforter also. Room temperature is perfect. Love the deep bath tub and the water strong. Staff super friendly, cookies great spa water coffee tea popcorn. Everything is here. Dont look anywhere else. Excellent service. 5 star"
