The shower head was hanging and the elevator was small and broken. The worst was when I was checking out to get to the garage to get the car, it takes awhile to get there. The valet said I needed to go back to the front desk to get my ticket stamped. I have a disability and to go back amd forth was excruciating. While I finally got to the front to check out, others hotel guests were complaining about the same things and the staff seem to be used to this type of things. I will never stay there again. "
