Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront

8/10 Good
"The stay was great. The area was nice nothing to complain about but our shower. The tub was clogged and it was too late to do anything about it. Had to wait a while for the water to drain before my husband could shower. We stayed here because of a wedding so didnโ€™t have much time to do anything about this. Told the front staff about the issue when we were checking out but they didnโ€™t care to offer any compensation or discount for the clogged tub. Just a little disappointed."

"Hotel itself was great, convenient to the airport. Front desk employee was a little rude. Breakfast was typical of hotel breakfasts, though no scrambled eggs or breakfast sausage or bacon."

Hyatt Regency San Francisco

Hyatt Regency San Francisco

10/10 Excellent
"The hotel lobby decor is outstanding. The seating area is beautiful. We had a ferry building and bay bridge close up view room on the 14th floor - we are local to the Bay area and had never seen views like that from a room before. Outstanding. Room was very comfortable. The only area for improvement, if there was one is the slow pace of the lift service. Other than that, it was a memorable stay."
