Atentimento principal destaque

Atendimento é excelente, pessoas educadas, atenciosas. Café da manha muito bom, a limpeza de roupa de cama, itens basicos muito bom. So a estrutura em si é antiga, janelas, banheiro, mas nada que fosse relevante para o objetivo.

Boa limpeza, o hotel é simples mas oferece um bom custo benefício. Uns quartos são bons, outros menores. Os de ar condicionado são os mais recomendáveis.

A hospedagem atendeu as minhas necessidades. Porém, na porta do hotel não consta o nome GMatos, e sim Oyo. Não conhecia o bairro, mas não me pareceu tão seguro. De maneira geral, achei bom, mas não iria pra longa estadia.

O local cumpre com o que é anunciado. A recepção é muito agradável, e tenta ajudar da melhor forma possível. Eles disponibilizam um ferro de passar roupa, caso seja preciso. Não tem secador nos quartos. O café da manhã, que é incluso, também é muito bom. Se precisar voltarei com certeza.

O hotel fica em uma área ruim, o café da manhã era bem fraco e a atendente do cafe da manhã era bem mal educada. A recepcionista foi bem solicita no atendimento, a limpeza do quarto nao era ruim, mas devido a todos os problemas mencionados saimos antes do tempo. Além de nao ter garagem.
