"The property itself was stunning. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. The room was beautiful. The area around the hotel was rough. Construction everywhere and the homeless population was to the extent it felt unsafe to walk around. We witnessed a women drop her pants and defecate right out front in between two cars. Again properly beautiful but just watch your surroundings when not on the property itself. "

Staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the location works great for us. This time we got a balcony and really enjoyed it. Also noticed the Union Square area was much cleaner than it has been the past few years. That was nice to see."
