"This is my second time to stay in this hotel. It is near train station, close to a big shopping mall called Big city.
First, it is safe, as the rooms are on high floors and check-in desk is on the 12th floor.
Second, the room has good facilities. I like the big desk in particular. "

"This hotel was a new option for me this visit and I liked it. The location had quick access to downtown Hsinchu by walking 20 mins. The local train station was walking distance. As we were visiting company's south of the river this was an ideal spot as the traffic in the city is very busy.
This hotel also had free self serve laundry which was a huge help on a long trip."

There were a few minor issues, but nothing significant worth mentioning here. I’ve already shared them with the landlord."
