Rooms were clean and cleaning staff responded to all requests for restock. Lots of slots to pick from, but seemed pretty tight.

The hotel was clean and secure. Staff so friendly. Just a nice place. We liked the pier nearby. We would grab a coffee every morning (save receipt for free cofffee the rest of the day. Sports book very nice and accommodating us hockey fans!! Just a great place!!

Our room was lovely - lots of updates. Having a smoke free environment was the reason we stayed, but the casino and especially Stacked were great.

They make a really big deal about the only no smoking casino. Honestly had I known it was a no smoking casino, I probably would have stayed someplace else. Not all of us are non-smokers

This is my number 1 stay everytime i go to Biloxi, I love it here and couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Not to mention also, we must have our bay view which is beautiful!

The Palace was beautifully kept with a staff that was friendly and knowledgeable. The parking was easy to get in and out of, food was delicious, and when not playing the machines, peace and quiet relaxation could be found by the pool.

Staff was nice. No room service. Cannot order through TV connection, the ORDER key did not work. Called a restaurant, they could take thevorder over the phone but cannot make it until paid. Would not take room number, had to go there personally andcsign or pay by CC/cash. Room had butnt out lighting. The one lamp kept flickering. We thought we just had a lemon of a room... not going back. Just too many things that didn't have to be. Casino was ehh at best. The place in heneral kind of sucks.

Beautiful location for a hotel!!Only thing I would add would be a large comfy chair to relax in! Food at the Buffet was amazing!!! Breakfast on Saturday was more than enough food!!Shout out to the Omelette Man for the Best omelette I’ve had in over a year!!! I can’t forget the Grill Master that served me the absolute amazing prime rib for dinner and my awesome server Miss Lilly , for treating my mother and aunt honor and respect!!!Thank you 😎

The casino and rooms where nice and quiet. The casino is located at the end of the island not in the middle like some of the other larger casinos. That ment it was really low key, something that we where thankful for. From the casino to the rooms you had to use your room key to operate the elevators so we like that added security. Over all a nice stay.

Our view on the 3rd floor was of a rooftop so that was disappointing. However, for the price of the room it was good accommodations and I would stay again. Our neighboring room was noisy but again the hotel can't control all people.
