very nice hotel. treated differently due to booking through expedia. I was actually asked into the executive lounge by the staff and than asked to leave because I booked through Expedia. I don't know what to say except that the staff was inexperienced and it's a new hotel.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the amenities are high end and plentiful, the tea area was a great bonus. TV channels included 4-5 in Enhlish. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food ...

Hotel should hire bilingual employees. I was not able to communicate them them. The a/c in the room cannot be adjusted. The temperature is pre-set and I ws not able to sleep well. I will definetely not return to this hotel. Bad experience.

フロントに日本語のできる方が数名いて、年老いた両親も安心して過ごせました。中庭も広くお散歩をしたりできました。お部屋も広く 過ごしやすかったです。
