"This is our 2nd time staying at this Villa. The service team was speedy in their response and service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Renting of floats was expensive (S$50 for 2 floats for a day) The food from room service was average but the team had great recommendations on where to go for dinner which was excellent. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Will be back if I’m going back to Bintan."

"I actually like everything: clean, beautiful, with a lot of entertainment for kids as well as adults. Nice sea, very clean and not too shallow. Good food, kind and helpful staff. Kids club is quite big and there are a lot of activities. Shella from kids club is amazing with kids! Aysa and Desi ( sorry if I my spelling is wrong) are very kind and nice with kids as well. Can’t wait to come back when everything around the resort is finished and spa is open. Still even now the resort is really impressive!"

"🌟Our family had an absolute blast at Natra Bintan! 🌟The resort is incredibly family-friendly, and the staff are wonderfully polite and helpful. We signed up for the kids' activities package at Treasure Bay—as hotel guests, we got a 20% discount, which is a fantastic deal since the vouchers can be used anytime during the stay. The dining was a highlight and there’s a great variety of delicious options. We highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back in the near future! 🏊♂️✨"

"Staff at Cassia are super attentive. Unfortunately for me, I came down with fever and gastroenteritis . Everything tasted bad at lunch yesterday. A comfortable bed, and all's fine this morning. Hope my Goan fish curry tastes good!"

"Staff was helpful, sometimes information provided was not accurate. The spa was terrible. It was a 1 1/2 hr spa, The massage ladyfies did not seem to have any spa skills. The actual duration was much less than 1 1/2 hrs. The breakfast was good. The flooring all over the place was not even but bumpy. The room flooring seemed to be a slope towards the window."
