"Very poor experience for the third time now. Wrong room type allocated so was moved to another. Still wrong room type to what I had paid for and requested. Third room was again was wrong type but decided to stay as it was now nearly midnight! Complaint made with promise of follow up email from management which never arrived. Will not use this hotel again and would have better luck with premier inn as all rooms are the same! Staff tried to be very helpful but could not Avondale the original booking request and the price remained unchanged for a standard room when executive was originally booked and paid for??"
