"Only slept at the hotel so can't comment on anything else. Reception staff were pleasant and efficient, check in was quick. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. My room faced onto the road and was a little noisy from traffic late in the evening (it may just have been one man driving round and round noisily). When I opened the bathroom door there was a very strong smell of disinfectant/bleach which took some time to dissipate."
"This feels like a motel, with a mediocre pub attached, which was ok as I was just wanting a bed for the night. The room was spacious but wasn’t as clean as you’d expect, Doors were banging through the night didn’t help sleep! I ate at the pub. The food was poor value really, even though my expectations were not high. When the dish arrived half the advertised ingredients had been forgotten so had to ask the staff to try again."
"Lovely friendly staff but they didn't seem to know anything. There was no mention about breakfast times and location etc on check in.
We asked about the pool but the staff in the main building didn't know whether it was included or not (it's not).
When searching for a hotel, I specifically selected Air Con as a filter, but what I didn't realise until too late, is the rooms that came up on my search don't have any - fortunately it cooled down the night we were there.
Lovely big rooms."
"Room was tidy, however the light shades were out of shape. The picture on the wall had half of the glass missing. No towels in the bathroom. And bath was not clean."
"Room was clean and tidy.
Breakfast was very nice.
Checkin was poor, waited for 10 minutes while staff did other things and kept walking past us without saying anything.
Staff did not seem to be very happy in the 2 nights /3 days we were t
