PREMIER SUITES Edinburgh Fountain Court

"These suites are located in several buildings. Our unit was clean and roomy. However, the unit we were initially given was quite noisy with the bedroom on the ground floor next to the sidewalk/street (Grove street), and the living room and kitchen windows facing the very busy motorway below (W Approach road). We found it too noisy to keep windows open for airflow. Fortunately we were able to switch to another unit for the following nights in a much quieter building. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The location was very good, as we were able to walk to numerous sites. "

"We recently visited the yotel Edinburgh and it was brilliant. From entering on our first stay we were made to feel welcome. Although we were informed we could not check in till 3pm we were given our room keys on checking in at 1pm. The room was spotlessly clean, bright and warming. We were pleased with the hotel as we were returning after our 3 day tour. Our only criticism was they ran out of beer through the pump and had to get bottles on our 2nd visit"

"Very nice hotel in the heart of Grassmarket. It’s noisy during the Fringe Festival but so is the whole area. Would stay there again and I am next week."

"The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful, and friendly, however lugging suitcases up 82 stairs and a 5min walk from the carpark to the hotel was rather off putting. So we left suitcases in the car. The hotel itself was very clean and well presented, and the room was very clean and spacious, though having twin beds fully made but pushed right together was a new one for us. We specifically chose a bath option, but the overflow on the bath was so low, it made having a nice soak impossible. The bathroom had some black corners, but otherwise it was clean. The room itself was rather stuffy, even with aircon, but thankfully you could still open windows, even on the higher floors. The breakfast was fantastic! Everything presented was delicious, and had so many different options to suit anyone. Though my partner wasn't overly happy with his coffee (att. coffee connoisseurs) Overall it was a nice place, comfy beds, black out curtains and good service."

"We love this hotel and have stayed many times. It has a good secure car park. The staff are lovely and we have been luck to get upgrades, the last one being room 8. Andrew is on reception is great and is so friendly. It is handy to visit our daughter who lives 20 mins walk away. The area is lovely with plenty great restaurants and shops. Edinburgh centre is a nice walk and it’s on the bus route also"
