Great base for a family break

2 bedroom apartment, spacious and clean with all amenities required. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to South Pier and Pleasure Beach.

Great value for your money. Stayed in the 2 bedroom studio for 4 nights. The place had everything we needed. Warm room, comfortable beds and our own shower & bathroom. I would recommend a stay here.

Fabulous apartment in an ideal location. Stone’s throw from the Pleasure Beach & South Pier, tram stop & a great Wetherspoons just round the corner for breakfast. Owner was fantastic, really friendly & helpful (even arranged great weather for us!). A real home from home with everything you need & we’d absolutely recommend. If & when we visit Blackpool again we'll definitely return here. Thank you! 👍

We found it cold, but as it was very cold outside, this was probably why. The hosts where excellent, it’s position in Blackpool was also excellent. Would definitely recommend it, and if we go to Blackpool we would definitely book again

School holidays mini break

Had a lovely stay. A decent size apartment for 4 of us. Clean, comfortable and nice little touches like the welcome pack (including fresh milk). Enjoyed having a seaview from the living room. Location was great for our family the beach was at the end of the street and both pleasure beach and waterpark within stones throw too. The staff were nice polite and helpful and it was a bonus to have parking for our 3 night stay with no additional cost. Would definitely stay again when we return to Blackpool. Cheers.

A short break.

It was run by a lovely couple, and it was very clean. It's less than a minutes walk from the main road, just down the road from the Pleasure Beach and the trams and buses.

Great hidden gem.

Great place with absolutely fab service. From checking in and leaving bags to leaving they couldn't do enough to help. Great rooms and a fantastic location. As it's families and couples only this is ideal for a quiet and safe base and located near to pleasure Beach. Great choice for breakfast and a great offering whatever you choose. Will definetely be back on next visit to Blackpool.

Excellent hotel with great location close to all south shore attractions and local ammenities with each being within a 5 minute walk. We stayed in Room 3. Extremely comfortable bed, clean room throughout with excellent facilities that included a fridge, kettle, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, usb plugs, TV and DVD player. Breakfast was delicious and well made with lots of choice. I highly recommend the pancakes. The owners were very informative and helpful and made our stay welcoming and comfortable.

Fantastic 5 night stay, room was perfect, clean well cared for and everything you could need, the proprietors were exceptional couldn’t do enough for us, from parking to breakfast at the times we needed.

C'est plus un "Guest house " qu'un apparthotel. Les proprios sont très sympathique. La femme cuisine le petit déjeuner anglais a la perfection. Y a un classeur avec toutes les infos sur l'hôtel et la ville. La chambre est sympa avec café gâteaux eau jus de raisin. Ensemble nickel.

Lovely apartment opposite pleasure beach

We had a great stay, ideal location for the pleasure beach and although it's just opposite the entrance it's very peaceful. Breakfasts were amazing and the kids especially loved the pancakes and the waffles. Also, a nice touch leaving candy floss on the kids beds and drinks in the fridge. The hosts are very welcoming and we won't look at other accommodation on our next trip to Blackpool.
