They don't take bookings on Expedia
When I arrived there was no room at the inn!
Whole b and b stank of tobacco! Our room wasn't the worst but the sink hadn't been cleaned. Our friends room next door was disgusting with mould all over the bathroom and dirt all over the floor. Looks like they have started to try and renovate but have done all these themselves and given up half way through! For £25 a night you don't expect much but to be clean and not smell like an ashtray would be a start

Location is great, walking distances to everything, the staff in the morning evening through our was friendly and helpful, nice little place to come rest your head, me and the misses enjoyed it here and would come back if ever in Blackpool again
Very noisy with shouting, screaming and banging during the night. Felt unsafe staying with my daughter but no option at 4am when it’s happening outside your room. Very unhappy with our stay
Brilliant stay. Good hosts. Room clean and tidy lovely. Very quiet at night time. Like the smart tv in the room

Enjoyed our stay very much. The host was outstanding and kind. The room however was like a sauna when we arrived and while we were getting ready to go out for the evening.
Our scores reflect our opinion on the decor and the dim lighting. To be honest we know that there are plans to revamp some rooms in the coming months.

I thought the hotel was okay, the breakfasts were okay but the evening meals could have had more of a choice
Absolutely disgusting dirty room. Bathroom looks like it’s never had the floors cleaned. Dirty bedding with sticky patches. Unsafe blind cord hanging down to the children’s bed in the ‘family’ room. We walked in seen the room then walked straight back out with our two babies as I would never let children stay in the filth. The door didn’t even lock properly, the door frame ran over the light switch which can be safe. The room opposite had music blasting. The photos are deceiving, I’d say if you want to stay in a clean room do not stay here. The owner wouldn’t even refund as he said everything was ‘fine’. It’s an absolute squalor, grim dirty place. Wish I’d taken photos but didn’t want to stay in that room with my babies longer than I needed to be. Thankfully hotels.com credited my account.
Arrived to find 12 empty beer bottles on the bedroom floor. Drunk people shouting outside, fire doors banging and squeaky floorboards made it unbearable.

Can see the new owners are making a effort to improve but our room could have done with some fillers and paint ,the bar and breakfast were brilliant probably best breakfast in a b and b we have had .
When i arrived told did have booking so i had wait till she found it then room i paid for did get give other room i did like it as room booking was nice than one give on tv nothing work sinks in bed room shower toilet to gather was very small shower tray water in shower was slow get away room was dirty
Hotel clearly in mid refurb. Very rough with loose fittings, unpainted walls, unfinished bathrooms. But hey, paid £56 for 2 people for one night. It's about what we expected
