The hotel is basically rather dated, but it was clean and comfortable, although the room was very small. Breakfast was lovely, although later than advertised on the website.

Concert and sight seeing in Blackpool
Short walk to the sea front, nice and easy to access. However as we arrived late to the hotel, parking was an absolute nightmare - as the hotel has very little parking space. The hotel also doesn't have a lift, so it was a bit tough lugging cases up the stairs. But overall a friendly place.
The towels were all dirty and did not look washed at all from the previous guests.
The bath mat had blood on it.
The floor tiles were loose.
The whole place smelled of stale smoke.
It was disgusting.
Very enjoyable.owner very pleasant. The room was fine the only thing that let it down was the lighting too many light bulbs not working. Breakfast was good, plenty of it as well. Perfect for a short break in Blackpool.
Friendly and professional.
Rooms could do with a fresh coat of paint and beds were reasonably comfortable - overall, a very pleasant stay. We would stay there again!!
This was the most dead depressing hotel I've ever stayed at, dark dull atmosphere was none exsistsnt I felt depressed inside it. The room was substandard, no door on wardrobe, decor needed doing a few years back, white towels ohm grey with black stains on, bedding worn old bed like sleeping on springs alone. Bin had an inch of yucky stuff in bottom of it, the toilet would not flush and kept overflowing owner said yes it always does that. A young couple aged in very early 20s were left in charge alone. They did not have a clue. Never stay there again and would not recommend it, it's gone right down since the good reviews on here.
This is a lovely hotel with lovely staff but was bit dissappointed when I noticed there was no bar - which I should of noticed from research but just presumed it would of - but still a great hotel with lovely staff
Lovelly hotel in centre of blackpool, room was in great condition. Top floor room stairs killer climbing up.
Breakfast in morning was excellent and staff werw really friendley and polite. Will be deffinatley be booking again... as stayed in a few hotels in blackpool before and this has set the bench mark for 3 star hotel for price paid around £50 for the night. Parking included aswell.

Very friendly, room was lovely, clean and cosy. Our en-suite was a little small if you are on the large size. But could not fault anything else, nice breakfast, location is very centra. Would definitely stay here again.

nice hotel close to all shops trams buses .
hotel clean staff helpful only down side no bar in hotel if you required a nightcap before you settled down before going to your room .other than that cannot fault our stay .
rooms could do with being updated broken bunk beds and really uncomfortable. towels washed loads dirty looking .breakfast ok your normall english etc staff friendly enough
