Fabulous host, couldn't have been anymore welcoming and helpful. The family room/suite was very small, very difficult to fit a family of four in comfortably although fine when all in bed, just no room to move around as such. Host made up for any shortcomings in room size. Thanks
Spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet and ideally located for all the attractions.
Wendy is the perfect host.
Thank you.

Lovely stay, lovely owners, breakfast was great. Only down side was the beds, they were uncomfortable and the size of the rooms, it was very cramped.

The property was lovely and clean and the food was excellant .
You were made to feel welcome from start to finish. The room was clean. Tea and coffee provided were of a good standard and there was a bible in one of the draws. I like that touch. The bed was okay (we are used to a very firm memory foam). Bathroom very small but functional with a powerful water flow. Breakfast was at a reasonable time and service was always with a smile. Could not do enough to help. The food was lovely and you could eat your fill with ease. They did not mind me coming down in my dressing gown (have issues first thing getting dressed). Despite the room being small you had the option to sit in the lounge where a radio, tv, piano and a (.50p) per play games machine sat. I sat and sewed in there in comfort. The bar allows for that extra special treat for those wishing to enjoy a drink. The only bad point is the first come first served small car park. And the 10am checkout time. Overall a lovely stay. Would we stay again. Yes. The only thing stopping me would be the stairs as on bad days I would struggle (my issue not there’s).
Upon arrival we was greeted by Wendy, not only did she help my husband park the car she then helped us up to our room with our stuff,
The room was very clean and exceptionally tidy, ensuite was very clean as well,
We arrived in the stormy weather so Wendy had another heater put into the room in case we needed it,
Breakfast was full English
there was also the facilities to have cereal,
The hotel was 5 min walk from the pleasure beach and tram stops,
Thank you for being a great host, we will definitely be back during the summer .
Very friendly atmosphere and Wendy was very helpful . Really clean and delicious breakfasts. No hesitation in recommending this Guest House. Would definitely book again.

Friendly and pleasent stay.
Our stay was short, 1 night to see the blackpool illuminations. we were welcomed by the owner wendy who made us feel at home very quickly.
Our room was small compaired to others we had stayed at but it was for 1 night and we just needed to sleep over. Breakfast was a full english and was very nice. Tea and coffee in the room. We would think about going back here again as we found it very friendly. Oh and was recommended to eat out at the jade delight chinese all you can eat buffet restuarant. Cheap and tasty meal. Well recommended.
Thank you to wendy for a pleasent stay.

a bargain
We were not sure what to expect when we booked this place, as the price was below average, but we were greeted by Wendy and were allowed in a hour early and parked our car in the gated parking area. The room was not the largest but we had plenty of room and it was clean. Breakfast was well cooked and we had a good choice. the Guest house was well situated, just off the beach but far enough away to be in a quiet area
Amazing, Wendy was very friendly and made us feel right at home.
We were surprised at how close we were to pleasure beach and the water park.
Kids loved the bunk beds and the breakfast.
Beds comfortable and shower facilities were cosy.
Nice clean b and b, friendly owner, family room a little small but perfectly adequate, very clean, good breakfast. Perfect for pleasure beach and sandcastle two things in which we went to blackpool for . Would recommend . Would book again . Off street parking a bonus .
We had a family room which was spotless but a bit small, ideally located for pleasure beach. Would definitely book again as the bar prices were very reasonable and breakfast was excellent.
The owner Wendy is nice. Clean room but VERY cramped couldnt stay more than a night, could just about move - definitely would stay clear if your going as a family. Car park too small and shared with the next door hotel but it works (just about) 5 very cramped spaces which could result on getting blocked in though be sure to get there early as street parking is a nightmare unless youre lucky! Breakfast was good Wendy does a good job i believe she runs it alone. It does the job overall decent stay but not sure id return maybe fr a night if cheap as location is fantastic for south beach
