"Never seen any one on a night time, bar and pool table room never opened. Beds were never made up. On suite very small Had to keep asking for top up of tea and sugar. bathroom door would not shut properly had to bang it shut which would wake you up on a night. many more things to mention but don;t have time."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Allendale. A family-run business with a nice, warm family feeling. Staff were very friendly, fun and helpful. Breakfasts were included and much better than some of the local diners I frequented in the area. My room was spotless and perfect for what I needed. I was very comfortable and felt right at home. I would stay there again!"

"We booked this very last minute (the afternoon before) and were not disappointed. Lukas the host was lovely and very welcoming, messaged us on the morning of arrival to let us know our room was ready and was happy for us to check in and leave our bags so we could go out and make the most of our day. We will definitely book to stay again. The location is fab too as it just up the road from the central pier so very handy for all the attractions around there and the Tower area."
