"Over great. Trouble finding the location. Host accidentally sent message to wrong phone number. Beautiful scenery and a cafe on the premises. "

"I was returning customer and surprised a lot with conditions of property. Poorly maintained Cleaning was below par. Best part is Location of property "

"Staff were nice at check-in and the location was super convenient. Included breakfast was nice. The walls were super thin and the AC would not stay on. The floors were dirty, including with dog kibble from a previous guest. The tv was stuck on Spanish mode with the settings locked down. For the price, I would have expected a nicer cleaner lodging. I did not bring my concerns up during the stay; I’m sure they would have been addressed. This is a motel-style place with exterior doors. Due to the rain I didn’t get a chance to try the pool. "

"The staff was amazing, the guest rooms were clean, and we loved how unique the whole place was. My daughters stayed in the schoolhouse and my husband and I stayed in the Sewing Room. Boerne is such a cool small town. I highly recommend this place!"
