"The room "

"Very basic property, clean attentive attentive staff. Beds are not comfortable and need to be replaced. Not enough power outlets for charging. "

"The chicken fried steak was no fresh. My room was cleaned only once. Too much smoke smell. Pool closed too soon. "

"Ac worked, parking was fine... Staff was awful!!! One younger girl was ok. But the check in staff in the morning was awful!!!"

"Got to the property early, did the pre check in and was told my room number and that I would receive a call when my room was ready. Went back at 3:00 ( official check in time) and was told my room still was not ready and they told me my room a different room number than what they told me before, which leads me to believe my room was given away. They again told me I would receive a call when my room was ready, by 5:30 and I still hadn’t heard from them so I went back and they were able to find me a room at that time but again it was a different room number, which leads me to believe they gave my room away once again. Very unhappy with the customer service of the front desk staff. I paid for a resort fee and didn’t even get into my room until almost 6:30 and then it was time to eat dinner so I didn’t even get to use the resort as I was checking out the next day. "

"Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. Parking was easy and convenient. Loved the easy access to restaurants."

"Clean Room, spacious restroom, our room came with a cool patio, mini freezer was working good, TV was in condition, A/C was working good. The only thing that would’ve made our stay perfect would be the microwave oven inside the room..!! (there’s one in the lobby though). Overall- it’s a great place to stay in. We would come back for sure!!"

"The nights we stayed were busy and there was loud music, which made it pretty noisy. It would have been better if there were more food options nearby. Parking was also hard to find, which made things a bit inconvenient."
