"We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good"

"We had such an amazing time at Kristal Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome and went out of their way to make our family comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped — perfect for traveling with family. The hotel has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, and we really appreciated the quiet nights after our busy days exploring. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices that everyone in the family enjoyed. The location is also fantastic — close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet peaceful enough for a good rest. Everything was so well taken care of, and we genuinely felt at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Kristal Hotel to any family looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay! As well….
