"One of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in Jakarta. Clean and spacious room with exceptionally polite and efficient staff. Special mention to the lobby lounge which has a proper smoking room which you don’t see much these days!….highly recommended, will definitely be back again!"

"The staff at the hotel are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We booked a junior suite and yes the room is large and had some welcome snacks for us on arrival the bathroom area was tired. There was one dressing gown and other small bits that let the hotel down. We had an awful trouble with the hotel arranging a transfer from the airport with persistent messages tbat it must be paid up front in to their bank. It all just became stressful and we felt like crimials over a £7 taxi ride. "
