"The room of hotel was good but hair dryer was broken and not available. We used the restaurant in the hotel every dinner, however serving by staff was late and many mistakes for the order. "

There was one dressing gown and other small bits that let the hotel down. We had an awful trouble with the hotel arranging a transfer from the airport with persistent messages tbat it must be paid up front in to their bank. It all just became stressful and we felt like crimials over a £7 taxi ride. "
