I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is in an excellent upscale neighborhood. Both breakfast and a great happy hour were included making for a really affordable and convenient stay.

This is a relatively small hotel in a quiet area of Bogotá. The staff was very friendly, as well as attentive and responsive to our needs. The free 5:30 to 7:00pm happy hour is the icing on the cake! As a suggestion, in order to allow guests manage their mini bar consumption, complimentary bottles of water should be provided. We had to open the minibar to get one daily for our medications.

This property is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. However the complementary breakfast was better, most of the options in the breakfast werent good. There is definitely a chance to improve the breakfast quality.

Decent property in a safe neighborhood. Nothing stood out as amazing and nothing stood out as terrible. The only criticism is that the only heater they had was a tiny and kind of noisy space heater. You would expect a hotel at this cost and if this standard to have in room heating.

You can't go wrong here.
Decent hotel in the right place in Bogota for bars and restaurants. Vast hot and cold breakfast selection. Free Happy Hour on house drinks (no charge) with a selection of (free) bites to accompany them. Large clean rooms.

we had a bad time at this hotel. we checked in around 10pm & got 3 keys to the room (3 people). 2 keys didn’t work. in the middle of the night, the toilet was found clog. next night, the microwave broke. we got a replaced one and broke again at night. then the hotel told us not to use the microwave for more than 5 mins per night. I never heard of such restriction on microwave. we just use the microwave to cook broccoli. my husband & my daughter is engineers. they think the microwave doesn’t match the power output of hotel system, and caused the microwave stops functioning after 5 mins of usage. on the check out day, I found the hotel had charged on my credit card a lot more at the checked in time. After half hour of investigation with the front desk, found out that the checked in staff charged us 1 extra night than my reservation by mistake. (at checked in it was late at night and the staff never checked with us the check out date). The check out staff tried to hold the refund and started mentioned that we broke 2 microwaves. We refused to pay for the microwaves as its stop functioning is not caused by us. We just used the microwave for cooking broccoli and we did that all the time in all hotels we stayed at this trip. Finally they refunded us the overcharge but really leaved me a bad experience on this hotel.

Enjoyed the location - nice selection of restaurants near the hotel but not as loud as the areas closer to city center. Felt safe walking back after dinner. The hotel staff was amazing. Enjoyed the complementary breakfast and happy hours. Our only issue was with plumbing (toilet didn’t flush in our room) but this was addressed quickly by staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great deal and a relaxed location.

Great stay with excellent customer service. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were a bit hard but good overall. The area is excellent with many dining options and walkable to various needs. The area was safe to walk in the evenings. Recommend if staying in bogota. Would stay there again.

Overall this is a wonderful hotel, though there were a few problems (my girlfriend and I stayed more than a week). The rooms are comfortable and large, the breakfast buffet is good, and service was always friendly. There are dozens of amazing restaurants within a short walking distance, so if eating well is your thing, I can't think of a better location. There were a few problems though (thus the 4-star rating): we had several days where the maids would take all the towels in the morning, and they wouldn't be returned until the evening, so we were unable to take a shower during the day. Also, while the shower was good, it often loses pressure, and one afternoon there was no hot water at all. Regardless, I would still recommend the hotel, I enjoyed my stay there.

Very nice hotel with employees that care about the property. When we went to check out, the first thing that the front desk agent asked was how was your stay and is there was anything we could do to make it better. We order room service one night and the food was awesome. Normally hotel food is 3 stars at a 5-star price while this hotel is 5 stars for a 3-star price. Quiet room, helpful staff, great food, and hotel taxis are reasonably priced and can be paid for with your room to ensure that there are no issues with the price.

This place is awesome. Great Staff. The location is close to everything. The included breakfast and happy hour will be missed. If you need a nice place to stay in Bogota without having to file bankruptcy later, this is the place to stay.
