"There is no front desk so one must use multiple keypads for the front entrance, the room, and the luggage storage area. The apartment was very nice, with a big bed, big balcony, and delightful hot tub. The air conditioning is not American air conditioning but it is within the usual standard for Europe. "I stayed 4 nights in a clean, comfortable and quiet room. The temperature outside was in the mid-30s C every day but the room had aircon and I slept very well. The hotel is a grand old place with atmosphere, originally an 18th c palazzo. The staff were very friendly and helpful."
