Very walkable hotel in the old town of Bologna. We stayed here for its ease of walking to the train station. It is nice to be able to leave your key with the staff and pick it up after adventuring.

The property was excellent, clean, easily accessible and the front desk was manned 24/7. The staff was awesome. They have a free morning breakfast... coffee, cappuccino and pastries.

Room was quite small & narrow but immaculately clean. Partial view of the towers from my 4th floor window. Guys on the desk very helpful. Walking distance (15 minutes) from train station and less than 10 minutes to most things you want to see. Cappuccino & big croissant was a nice touch for breakfast. And they let me have it early before my train. Perfect for my 2 night stay.

The hotel was nice & clean, the staff are very helpful, could speak good enough English & very nice and friendly. There were restaurants right outside the door, you don't have to travel far to find good restaurants. If wanted to you can walk to the train station. Also there was plenty of shops, to buy what ever you want or needed. Very walkable area.

Lovely hotel in Bologna

Very wonderful staff. Room was great, although the bathroom is compact. Great croissants and expresso for breakfast. The location is great for walking to the sights.

The members of staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Room clean and spacious. Nice to be able to get a single room. Well positioned close to some restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the central square. I was given a brochure and map when I checked in showing everything to do. So helpful.

Location is perfect , very friendly and helpful reception . Bonus was a little terrace where you can rest any time , have coffee /tea etc . Inside is also space as a little cafe if you not fancy go to the room . Receptionist can advice on any question or help with your request ))) Train station in walking distance . In my over twenty years of traveling, this was the worst stay both internationally or domestically. Because I will be out of the room for most of the day, I try to book budget hotels where I will only be sleeping in a room. I don’t mind if a hotel is a little run down and does not offer all the amenities, so long as it is quiet, safe, and notably clean. In my twenty years of traveling, that bargain has been kept. This is a property that failed in every way. The morning after my first night sleeping at the hotel, I I had several bite marks along my arm indicative of bed bugs. I did not point this out to the management in the morning because I had a timed appointment to go to. On the way back to the hotel, I showed my arm to the receptionist. He indicated I had brought the bug in my luggage, or that I had reacted negatively to food I’d eaten, or I had been bitten by mosquitos by opening the window for five minutes. He would not move me to another room for the night. To cut to chase, the receptionist indicated that I was a “problem” for showing him my arm and asking for a hair dryer. After I discovered a bed bug climbing on one of the sheets I insisted that I get moved. Only after calls to Expedia was there any movement to move me. Around midnight, the hotel finally agreed to move me and it allowed me to check out one hour later. Oh, there is also a foul odor from the bathroom to boot. This was an unforgettable experience for all the wrong reasons.

Außergewöhnlicher Service, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen! Meine Zimmer hatte eine ausreichende Größe für eine Person und war sehr sauber. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer tollen Lage, 5 Gehminuten und man ist im Zentrum. Viele schöne Cafés und Bars in der nahen Umgebung. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!!!
