Got served Non Veg Nachos with Beef to Veg person

The worst experience I had during my stay was when I ordered Vegetarian food and I was served Nachos with Beef. And the hotel wasn't even willing to compensate which was dissapointing.

Very friendly and helpful staff A big shock that alcohol is at outrageous prices. A bottle of a simple wine US$ 110.-- If Indonesia likes to see tourists they should do something about this. I love a glass of wile with my meal but this stops me to ever visit Jakarta again.

The staffs are friendly and cooperative. The hotel are near to shopping and food mall. The rooms its nice and clean but the toilets need to be upgrade.
