"Lovely hotel, approx 20 minutes from Cologne center. Nice spacious rooms with fab shower room. Free toileraries and mini bar. Great selection for breakfast. Coffee machine was a bit confusing to use. Good that you could get a take away coffee at breakfast. Lab12 is a nice enclosed rooftop area with sights of the Cathedral. The bar wasn't open when we went but it was a nice quiet area to relax on our last day. Wellness & sauna only opens at 5pm-10pm Monday-Friday, so currently waiting to use it before we head of to the airport this evening. All the staff have been helpful and friendly"

"Świetna lokalizacja, kilka minut spacerem do katedry i nad Ren. Ciekawy wystrój, pyszne śniadania, w weekendy do 12:00. Sauna czynna do 22:00 pozwala zrelaksować się po całym dniu zwiedzania. Rewelacyjny stosunek jakości do ceny."

"Breakfast was good for the type of hotel and price. Staff friendly enough, except for the awkward guy at the reception desk during breakfast... He spoke fine with me, but perhaps not too friendly to women. Annoying bit was with the elevators - one was out of service. We have 2 toddlers with 2 strollers - had to wait 5-8 minutes around breakfast time and check out time to get an elevator. Otherwise, the rooms were great - we had a family room, with a bath. Great size, everything clean, comfortable, and the hotel feels safe. I recommend it, just wish the elevator were fixed. Parking is also very reasonable at €19/night."

"Clean rooms, very nice staff, great breakfast. Excellent location for sightseeing and sitting outside at a huge variety of restaurants and cafes; great shopping nearby. Easy access to the Rheine river front. Very good place to stay for the (not cheap but reasonable) price."

"Very happy with our stay. We had a large room on the first floor which was away from the other rooms. As a result the internet did not work in our room, that was the one downside. Everything else was fine."

"I was very pleased with the quality of everything at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to try. The location of the property is within walking distance of all attractions, and I did not have to use the vehicle during my entire stay. If I ever find myself in the area again, I will try to stay here again. "
