"I would not recommend this place!!! Ants in living room and bedroom, toilet not working, portable AC unit not working, fan not working in 98 degree weather.. reported issues to management within 10 minutes after our arrival, said they would send someone, that someone never showed up. I tried finding another place nothing was available.. we had to stay in this place for 3 nights…. Couldn’t even sleep with windows open due to how noisy the street was…. Do not book place……. Management doesn’t...

"This is not an Aparthotel. It’s a normal appartment, no reception and it was not possible to reach anybody to try to change the booking. The apartment was much smaller, than it looked on the pictures, and the upper level on the Maisonette is really just a crawlspace. It wasn’t so clean, several things need to be repaired. Overall it’s just very overpriced, even for paris standards and the worst thing is, that it pretends to be an Aparthotel, but it’s not."

"What a delightful apartment! Surprisingly spacious for Paris! The furniture was elegant, the amenities were solid, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negatives are that the area is a little noisy (lots of sirens/police activity) and the toilet and showers are on opposite ends of the apartment. But otherwise the Apartments de Louvre is a wonderful establishment. "
