"Friendly staff, excellent location. Not sure if we just got lucky but A/C in the room was very handy. You should probably confirm with the hotel on when they switch to cooling (staff mentioned something about cooling being just turned on the week we got there) - Paris was warm by our standards and having the A/C was very helpful after long days of walking in the heat."

"This was not a three star hotel. Very shabby. Broken air conditioning with a laminated note that had clearly been there for ages saying it was out. It was so hot we couldn’t sleep and found a different hotel. They said they would be in touch to process the refund as they couldn’t do it without a manger but we have yet to be contacted days later and have had to reach out. "

"Great location - within walking distance to different train stops. However not the best property. AC isn’t turned on until later in the summer but was quite stuffy. Windows didn’t have a screen so we were concerned about bugs coming in if we left the window open. The elevator is really tiny and usually just need to take stairs (fine for us, but if you have mobility issues, then this hotel might not be the place for you). The twin beds are super tiny and outlets aren’t at both beds unfortunately. The bathroom door didn’t close well. The bathroom is soooooo tiny."

"Lovely hotel in a historic building at the north end of Le Marais. Staff were extremely helpful and room was very comfortable. My only recommendation would be a few more amenities in the washroom eg- hand lotion, shampoo-conditioner, face cloths. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. "

Complete maid service twice a day and turn down service. Fabulous neighborhood the Marais This was our second stay here and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else "
