"Spa was lovely. Staff was very helpful as I stayed here due a cancelled flight. I even got into the spa last minute due a cancellation. The room was perfect and quiet. A view of the entire city from the bed was a cherry on top."

"The room was extremely small and was not like the photos. Very old fashioned and there is no lift so be prepared for a lot of uneven stairs (especially with a suitcase). We were only given one pillow each and when we asked for another, we were told they had none available. We did not have a wardrobe either, only a very small amount of hangers behind the door. The only positive was that the hotel was in a central location and the room had air conditioning."

"There was a 65euro cost for taxi . We took ourselves to the train station. The breakfast was minimal "

"Kind staff but the pumping and lack of AC really bugged me. In late April they still have the AC turned off so you have no control over the temp of your room. If you open the windows it’s extremely loud with the bars nearby. Also the toilet didn’t flush right. Lots of water came and went but paper and waste remains. I didn’t like having to look at it for a day until housekeeping came and somehow got it gone. Old building so the doors slam and it’s loud. They keep your key while you leave I really would have liked them to check ID not just have us say the room number to get keys each time. But it’s a safe neighborhood and controlled access so I would recommend it especially for solo travelers."

"Clean room and extremely helpful staff. Cyril was a great host to the associate us to the area of Le Marais. Great European breakfast at 20 euro per person. Room was very very tight. Only thing that was bothersome was the lack of space in the room. Conveniently close to metro!"

"Great Marais location in the beautiful, historic Place des Vosges. Locally owned; the family owns several other comparable properties in Paris. Enter through the large main doors to a lovely garden court where one can enjoy a meal or an apéritif on a nice day. Sophisticated French decor with a contemporary twist. Intimate lobby, a bar with a casual menu and a Michelin-starred restaurant plus spa: what more do you need? Warm, welcoming and very helpful staff. The former residence of Anne of Austria, this hotel feels more like a refined private residence than an imposing "Grand Hotel." A perfect home away from home in an incomparable setting. "

"Great location, we had a family room and it had a fair amount of space for a few days. Bathroom was good, staff were friendly. Bed was made and room tidied each day, we had a great 4 nights."

"This hotel was the perfect Parisian stay. It was old and charming and so french. My little room on the top floor was perfect for my solo stay or two tiny people. It had amazing views! I could see Sacré-Cœur and the top third of the Eiffel tower even. The staff was small but mighty, felt like they could be the owners. So accommodating and egar to help. I think I may have just found my new favorite place to stay in Paris. Do me a favor and don't tell too many people about it.... let's keep it or secret. Lol"
