"The hotel was beautiful and in a great location, it had a lovely vibe that truely made you feel you were in France. The staff were accommodating in evey way and the breakfast was vey good. A very enjoyable stay."
"A quirky friendly family run hotel. Rooms are not large but everything you need and a great price for such a prime location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay here again if visiting Bordeaux."
"The room and bathroom were small but they were clean and well kept. It was only a short walk to several stores and to the tram that goes to the airport and Bordeaux city center. The young woman at the check in was very nice."

Best Western Premier Hotel Bayonne Etche Ona - Bordeaux
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent service. Early entry into room. Very spacious and bathroom was so big. Staff were very pleasant. Looking forward to coming back for our next stay in a week's time"
"Beautifully appointed room. Quiet and private location. Well appointed gym although very small. Nice pool and sauna but with weird rules that aren’t obviously published anywhere - expect a telling off from the ‘wellness’ staff if you don’t follow the mystery rules! Bar is very nice, a great space to relax and service there was outstanding. Restaurant looked lovely too, but with dinner service not starting until 7pm, we didn’t bother - plenty of other equally good/better options nearby. We didn’t have a car, but the bus and trams in Bordeaux are cheap, regular and safe, and the hotel is less than five minutes from stops in almost every direction. "
"I would say setting a standard is difficult but important step in ranking a hotel. Between picking a great vs not a great hotel based on some reviews is a bit difficult and somewhat challenging. This pick was a great one. Kenzo helped in registering our car and made sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. Then we had the chance to meet Diana such a nice person with a friendly smile she made us feel welcomed and as if we knew her for our entire life. Picking the right staff at the front desk is key in the hospitality business since they are the face of the business. Thanks to Kenzo and Diana without a doubt I would recommend this hotel. I would like to take a moment and acknowledge the crew who organized our room and ensured our room is tidy. Thanks for the everything. Joe & Dolly"
"Room was very comfy and the small kitchenette meant we could have breakfast/lunch there if we chose to. The apartments are located next to a tram station allowing quick access into the centre but is also very close to the river with a lively promenade route available for walking into the centre (about 30 mins ). We also used the promenade for our morning run on a couple of mornings. It is also very convenient for the Cite Du Vin which was five minutes walk away. Overall, we found the staff friendly and helpful. Great to have parking in the basement but access is through a side road and you need an access code to enter - which was a bit tricky to figure out on arrival.
Overall, we were very impressed and felt it offered very good value for money."
