" Our stay was for 4 nights & overall our stay was good.
Night 1 & 2 the centrally controlled balcony light was turned off by 10pm.
Night 3 it wasn’t turned off until 3am.
Night 4, I called reception at midnight & asked for the light to be turned off. Was told ‘Yes’. Never happened, it went off at 3am.
The volume was showing maximum however you could barely hear it, especially with the live music from the BSB stage next to the hotel.
A staff member brought a specific remote for the tv & adjusted...

"Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort provided one of the highlights of my Sarawak stay. Breakfast and dinner were both included in my price, and both were incredibly tasty. The resort offers and train/boat ride through the property, which is beautiful and loads of fun. The waterpark has a couple of fun slides. The waterfall hike is a must and I also enjoyed the first and second nature walks. It offers round trip transportation to Lumbur Hills National Park for 10 ringgit each way if you don’t...
