Fantastic hotel. Really nice room and staff/service is top notch

Impeccable service, facilities and breakfast!

This place is what I would call understated luxury. I appreciated the turndown service and had a very good sleep during my one night stay. The corner room was especially spacious. I would also like to commend the excellent and attentive service by the staff.

Really clean and exceptional service. Location is perfect. Right at Shibuya but not where its crazy busy, so you don’t feel so frazzled after a long day of shopping!

The level of service and attention by the team at Park Hyatt Tokyo is truly exceptional. Here are just a few examples of their care and thoughtfulness: - when we arrived coming in from the rain, the check in staff immediately brought towels and wiped down our luggage - our room was already prepared and ready for us to check in, even though we arrived early in the morning and not due to check in until early afternoon - fruit, dessert, and other amenities were frequently provided with turn-down...

This is a modern property and our first time there. It is walkable to the Shinjuku area. Rooms are modestly sized which is not unusual for Tokyo. The staff are excellent and the dining options are superb. The lobby lounge is perfect for coffee and snacks/ meals should you need to spend some time doing your calls between outdoor trips. Overall a very trendy and aesthetic hotel.

Japanese hospitality at its very best. Very nice rooms, although not large in size, even compared to other top hotels in town. Staff is very engaging, yet it is an oasis of peace where privacy and discretion is guaranteed. Do not expect western style f&b, but if you need your coffee fix, there are many alternatives nearby.
