Such a clean safe area with great shopping and dining choices. Walkable to Lego Discover Center. Even after we checked out, they allowed us to keep our car while we continued our day. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and my grandson had so much fun. The breakfast had wonderful choices and we were impressed with the quality. I highly recommend making this a choice when staying in the Assembly Row area.

The hotel was in a great location. Lots of shops and restaurants, even a drugstore and grocery within walking distance. Hotel facilities were very nice. They were very accomodating and got me checked in early. I don't have any complaints.

Despite being Expedia sort of messing up the start of the trip, the staff and night manager went above and beyond and really made for a great stay. Really a stunning property and around everything. Parking and valet can be pricy per night, but if splurging, worth it.

My room was on the 4th floor. When we arrived and walking to our room on the 4th floor 1/2 way there we smelled pot in the hallway. We went to diner and came back by 8:30. While we were in our room getting ready for bed ,pot smell was pretty strong coming in. My wife stuck her head into the hallway and again pretty strong. Shouldn’t have to breath pot while in your room that you are paying good money.

There was a loose elevator panel that almost fell on my son, my husband and another gentleman in the elevator stopped it from falling on him. As soon as we were telling the front desk it needed some attention it slammed down and fell on someone else. It was quickly fixed and the staff offered $10 off breakfast which was very kind. Another thing I didn’t love were the hidden fees, the $55 parking, the $150 deposit at check in.. we grabbed a few gatorades. Overall, beautiful area and very safe and clean but not sure I’d go back.

We had a good stay. The only criticism is there were many unruly noisy families with kids. Literally running in the halls and yelling Mommy down the hall at 11 PM. Very noisy. Maybe there should be adult only floors. Parent think this running and yelling in halls is ok I. Guess. Ugh.

Parking cost isn’t nice coming from a place with free parking and rooms could be bigger for a double room with more then 2 guest.

Convenient location with lots of shopping and restaurant options within walking distance. This location is also walking distance to the orange line train line. There is a parking garage next to the hotel with reasonable daily parking rates but street meters are free from 8pm-8am. The higher floors have less noise from the foot and vehicle traffic beloŵ.

My stay at the row was incredible. The hotel is extremely clean, beautiful decor, the bed is very comfortable and the staff was amazing. One of the wait staff went above and beyond for us but we didn’t get his name. We are very please with our stay and will return.
