We were upgraded to a Steam Suite which is awesome! It’s spacious especially the bathroom. We love the rainbath and steam function! The bed and pillows are comfortable. The only setback for us was the limited carpark space which required a little more patience to wait for a parking lot when it was full.

The complimentary breakfast lacks variety. Room was clean and comes furnished with utensils too. Elevator was undergoing replacement, therefore some walking up and down the stairs are required.

Very comfortable hotel that is near to Canberra Center, which is the main shopping district. The only minor downside of the loft is that you need to go up and down a flight of stairs to get to the toilet & bathroom. Otherwise, the in room facilities such as the toaster and microwave came in really handy for quick meals in the morning. Wish they provided bathroom scales in the rooms though.

The room is of a good size. Large and spacious with kitchen and laundry facilities. Walking distances to shopping centres with lots of dining options nearby. Apartment is opposite the Casino and a Park. Nice to do an evening walk at the Park. The receptionists are all very friendly and helpful.

Lovely experience with family. 1 bedroom apartment could fit 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably as it has a large pull out sofa bed. Full apartment amenities including washer dryer, microwave and dishwasher etc. Perfect for us especially after skiing and snowplay in the nearby forum forest area. Not within the city center but about 10mins away by car from everything.

Great for a family experience with the animals. Once in a life time experience.

Kathryn checked me in and she was fantastic. Very friendly and warm welcome. The room was very small, and really only suitable for a single traveler as one side of the bed is not accessible so you would end up crawling over each other to get in and out.
