Centrally located hotel, one line behind the central city axis. Staff members are really nice and helpful. Special thanks to Kamilla. Rooms are good, some parts are a bit old though. Some renovation. works are ongoing, so they are trying to improve, which is good. Breakfast restaurant is very good, spacious and comfortable with a good choice of food. Overall, a nice hotel with a good price - quality ratio. Thanks.

The reason I did not except the benefits it’s because I did not want to use them at this hotel because this hotel was already at 10. I did not want to waste an upgrade when we already added 10.

Great stay, great room but the construction noise starting at 7:30 AM is pretty mind-numbing. The patio doors are very thin so no escape. Overall a good stay, fantastic breakfast and very kind staff.

Highly recommend great location
Excellent experience! Friendly staff very helpful. Clean hotel breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this property to my family and friends. Perfect location close to Airport. Locals all seemed to be friendly and the area felt safe.

I had a great stay here for 4 nights with a comfortable and quiet room. The location is very convenient, and the service is outstanding. They have a lovely feijoada buffet on Saturdays too! When I visit Brasilia next time, I’m coming back here.

O hotel fica localizado em frente ao shopping e ao centro de negócios. O staff oferece um excelente atendimento. O prédio é super limpo e o café da manhã de alta qualidade, delicioso e de grande variedade. O estacionamento é super fácil e conveniente. This hotel is old and has been renovated but it is far from 5 stars...even 4 stars is far. Rooms are old, low ceiling, bathroom, toilet, everything old. Bed mattress is far from 5 stars hotel bed.

I stay here often for two reasons: staff is great. Friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast is perfect. The level of attention given to providing such a comprehensive, diverse and well Curated breakfast leads me fell like this is a hotel that is focused on providing a good guest experience.

Disappointed with the hotel condition, it’s a max 3 star hotel, not 5 as they market it! Old amenities, the VIP access was 2 water bottle free of charge for the 4 of us!

Front desk lack some “feeling” - they saw my mom trying to carry her luggage upstairs and nobody came to help, That was very frustrating. Diego was very helpful with my reservation and also with tour guide arrangements. Room was ok, kinda old. No extra blankets nor pillows inside the room.

The reception and service was excellent. Room service was excellent. The breakfast in the dining room was excellent. The only downside was that the furniture and facilities in the room were somewhat dated. Business functions are limited in the room due to lack of plugs and placing of plugs. This is a opportunity for improvement.

Bring an extra blanket during Brazilian winter!
This visit was done during current coronavirus restrictions. There were properly marked "keep your distance" placards all around, and all employees wore masks. Breakfast was great. My only issue was with comfort--it is wintertime in Brasilia and with a balcony, the cold from outside tends to affect the cold in the room. The blanket is not a comforter, so I was a bit cold during the evening time. Other than that, all the employees were courteous.
